Greetings from Harlow and Jarene Rudolph, in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on behalf of SONrise Gospel Music Ministries.    SONrise Ministries is located in Dallas Oregon. SONrise was founded by Harlow in 1970 in Lodi, California.  Harlow and Jarene are members of Salt Creek Baptist Church in Dallas. It is with extreme gratefulness to God that we share in this  ministry through Gospel music. It is because of our love for the Lord Jesus Christ  that we share our testimonies through music. It is our prayer that others will come to know Christ in a personal way through this ministry God has given us. Rudolph:  Harlow was born and raised in Herreid, South Dakota.  His dad and mom, Herb and Lorraine (Mittleider) Rudolph  lived and worked in Herreid until 1965 and then moved to Lodi, California.  Harlow received Jesus as his personal Savior at the age of ten.  He began singing at a very early age.  Harlow is a songwriter and his songs have been recorded on numerous projects.  Harlow serves on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Gospel Music  Association. Jarene M. (Gunst) Rudolph:  Jarene was born in Forest Park, Illnois.  Her dad and mom were JC and Irene Gunst.  Her father was in the ministry for many years in the midwest area.  At the age of nine Jarene accepted Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior.  Before retiring she taught elementary students as a Reading Specialist as well as an English as a Second Language Teacher.  Jarene has enjoyed singing throughout her lifetime and is also a talented songwriter.

SONrise is funded by the love offerings of our hosts. The offerings received go toward ministry expenses. We are sensitive to the people to whom we minister. We work closely with the Pastors and other people in leadership to insure that our ministry enhances their ongoing work. We seek to do this in a God-honoring way. Our motto is "If it wasn't for Jesus our music would have no meaning at all."
