The Pierces

The Pierces, singing southern gospel music with a country flair, are from Central Point, Oregon and are members of the Pacific Gospel Music Association (PGMA). Singing together for four years, there are seven members, Les & Sherry Pierce, LaDonna Duenas, Denise Alexander, Rita McGraw, Rick & Roberta Bartlett. All are active members of their local churches.
The group performs using live music with the vast majority of the songs written by Sherry who has been the worship leader in her local church for the past eight years. She also holds a Bachelors in Clinical Christian Counseling and is now working towards her Masters.


Sherry's musical history began when her mother and aunts formed a group in the 50's known as the Hulsey Sisters. Years later her mother, Leadell, formed a group known as The Leadell Spivey Singers. Their love of singing inspired the daughters of the sisters to form a group known as Cousins. The tradition has continued with the formation of The Pierces, which includes Sherry & Les's granddaughter, LaDonna.
